Sacrificial Lamb is Succulent

A 2nd bonus post for missing my typical Thursday publication. Been without internet or a laptop for over a month…so ya. Posting with my phone. Yay.

Lamb chops braised in red wine and garlic, with a sprig of rosemary, portobello mushrooms and red pepper.

Sear lamb chops in a hot pan with a small splash of olive oil for about a minute per side, until browned.  Wrap in tinfoil tent- the lamb chops, minced fresh garlic, a splash of lemon juice, a few splashes of red wine, sprig of rosemary and sliced mushrooms and peppers. Season lightly with cracked pepper and sea salt.

Loosely close tinfoil package and place in tray. Cook at 350 for 2 hours. Enjoy with some more red wine.

I wonder if any skilled culinary geniuses can spot the mistake I made from the pic included in this post…?   😉

Will the prize be my lucky charms?

No.  Not likely.
